Conversations

Conversations is a collection of pieces I have written that are exercises in dialogue.

Both poetic and prose, the intent is to practice give-and-take conversations without much description, allowing the reader to fill in the details.

My most recent foray of conversational pieces has centered around a senior citizen and his change-of-life experiences, including giving up his home of many decades and moving into a “senior citizen community.”

I attempt to mix humor and pathos, and hope I’m not being cliché. After all, I’m entering into that vortex myself, and what goes around . . . well, you know.

The uploads are at various places in my overall site, so I’ve linked the below titles to the work. The work is listed from oldest down to most recent.

I hope you enjoy. If you are so inclined, please leave a comment — critical or otherwise.
